Christmas and New Year celebs have passed. What fun! We ate, we ate, and we ate. Gift-giving, reunions, etc! Every year, I must say, brings about a totally distinct kind of Christmas spirit. (pucha. lalim!)
Looking back, Christmas of 2006 was also a blast. Who would forget Imang and the pillow, arcade games, roller-skating, bump car, Exodus, and the Baguio air? Takte yan. Thanks to Gel for all the Christmas memoirs of 2005. :) Hope you had a wonderful Christmas there. :)
This Christmas, which I spent with the family, was also a blast. We never had the chance to spend it all together although on the 26th, my Tito, Tita, Ate Sheila and her family came to visit us. I missed my Ate Sheila. She worked abroad for 2 years and this was the only chance that we get to see her again. I am looking forward to Christmas of 2007 because that's when we will all be COMPLETE. I'd get to see my long lost cousin Kuya Zan (for almost 6 years now), and his baby Zacci, plus Tito Will and his family. What fun! :)
On New Year, however, we had an exchange gift between family relatives (parang redundant AGAIN. lol) We do this every New Year for some unknown reason. lol. Frankly, I'd rather gift-giving be done on New Years rather than on Christmases. Ewan ko ba. Medyo weird. Anyway, going back, the exchange gift was supposed to be worth only a hundred bucks, yet I received something that is worth 300. Thanks to my ever-gallant bro. You rock! lol.
I just hope all will be well in 2007. God bless us all. :)
